Go ahead & do it!

The idea of the fast track is to get started swiftly & successfully on something small & simple. If you feel like the next level is too much too soon, you can decide to take a smaller part of it and do it for a week, then add another part the next week. Or, you might find that it's easier to just do it!

Right now I'm on my second week on the Fast Track. I'm supposed to begin the second phase tomorrow. How do you know if you are ready? Thanks!
