I've been on spark people before, but haven't stuck to any program thus far. I'm back again hoping to change myself. I find that I am just not happy with who I am and I believe the feeling has a lot to do with my poor diet and fitness. I want to eat better and be more active. My question is, how? How do I continue on with this journey to better myself?
