I also have the flex. I don't think there is a way to just track certain times when you are active. When you go on line you can see the graph with your activity. It has the time on the graph and if you hover over the lines it will tell you how many steps at a certain time. You can add activities that don't get picked up by the flex. You can do that either through your computer or smart phone.

I guess I am a bit of a fitbit flex noob. I've had it about a week. I have figured out how to track my sleep by tapping it twice waiting for the buzz.. But how do you track your cardio for a specific time? I know you can log the activity on the site but I do believe that is just a 'general' estimate? Or is that really now you get it to track your activity while your doing it..
