I eat little grain. I figure if it is minimized, I will be ok. I stick with mostly proteins and yams. Some popcorn.

I only buy organic from reputable farmers or health stores. I don't do anything processed. I also don 't do whole grains, dairy, or animal products.

Most of corn, wheat and soya in the First Nations are genetically modiefied, will add to your weight and generally ruin health. How does one stay on top of whats really good for you?

Expect problems and eat them for breakfast!
