I would first recommend talking with your doctor to find out what is okay for you to do and possibly get a referral to a physical therapist or another specialist that can work directly with you in setting up a program specifically for your needs. We do have a limited mobility section that you may find helpful: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/lifestyle_cen

, but it would still be a good idea to check with your doctor due to previous and possible current injuries to make sure you aren't doing any further damage.

Ever since I've been walking with crutches or a cane (due to both a car accident and neurological problem), it is been very difficult to get any exercise. Any suggestions?
