Camping IS a tough time. It's hard, but not impossible, to keep the eating in check, though. I just bring my own healthier foods, so I'm still snacking and eating with everyone around, but it's all beneficial to my body and health.
Sure, if I want (not *need*) a smores...then I'll have one. But I'm so used to eating healthy, that just one will be enough. This is a lifestyle change. It need not be life altering. Camping is a fun time, so enjoy it..just in a healthier way!
