well, RivetPA, freedom of speech doesn't apply to this website as SP has the right to delete any and all material anyone could/would post. That said I agree that everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Stay single. Pray to know God's will in your life (your sanctification). Life is short but eternity never ends. Female or male attention often leads to sin and sin leads to eternal death after our life here ends. Even within the confines of marriage lustful sins of the flesh take place. You must lead a pure and holy life. Pray for and practice chastity--even within marriage should this be your vocation in life.
As the saying goes "just be cool" - relax man, they're people just like you but with different parts under the hood.
Talk to them like you'd talk to your buddies, except maybe with less foul language (if you're like me anyway).
Above all, look them in the eye when you're talking to them (or anyone really) - let them know you're focusing on them, not their body.

I've lost close to 30 pounds this year, the past month I've been really pushing it and have went down on pant/shirt size. More importantly my confidence has risen and I'm much more talkative, smiley, and happy. There's been a couple of times at my place of work where I will go to the counter and there will be a lady that looks up and just smiles, starts flirting, and I don't know how to react! My friend will tease me sometimes because I "choke up" lol. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but I'm honestly not used to talking to girls because when i was more overweight, I was pretty sad and didn't talk much at all. How can I get more comfortable with responding and flirting back? I know it might sound stupid but I just get so nervous.
