Iv'e read something to the effect that your body cant tell the difference between being thirsty and hungry so if you're craving something try drinking a glass of water first. It usually works for me. If it wont go away and I'm really craving something sweet I drink a cold glass of diet root beer or orange, something sweet but caffeine free.... it works every time!!

I am new at Sparks. But something interesting has been happening and its all good! If I drink 2 glasses of water (8oz) I don't cravings like I used to.

When craving something, I get myself a bowl of special K, either the vanilla almond, or chocolate delight and some skim milk.

I find a healthy alternative. I love ice cream, so I make chocolate peanut butter banana "ice cream" by blending 1 large frozen banana (sliced), 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder.

This is in todays SPARK COACH so I thought I'd ask everyone. I usually eat somethig similar but low cal. Ex instead of ice cream I use lf yogurt and add fruit a few almonds n a tsp chocolate syrup. Satisfying but alot less fat n cals.
