You can use the recipe calculator on SparkRecipes.com to do that. Here's an FAQ page with info on how to do that, along with other info on using the recipe site with your nutrition tracker: recipes.sparkpeople.com/articles.asp?id=13

.

I hope that helps!

Hello Everyone,

I have a vegetable soup that I love to make (it was a Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup), very warm and satisfying. My only question is, how do I count my calories for that, or for any recipe I make?

Thank you!
Mary Ann
