The way to do that is what I described in my first post. You click to add a food, then click to enter a food not listed (b/c it's something you want to add that doesn't currently appear in our database.)

Does that help?

LOL, thanks again Jen but no, I know you can't edit. Let's try this one more time before I completely drive you crazy. I want to add a food to the database. I would like to add my yogurt, fruit bar and a few other things that are not in the database but should be, healthy foods and and snacks.

There's not a way to edit a food that's already in the database, so you'd have to add it as a new entry.

Does that help?

Thanks Jen. I guess I wasn't clear in my question. I know how to add a food to my tracker but not one that isn't in the database. I want to know how to add one and the nutritional info since it differs slightly from what is already there. Does that make sense?

Click on Add a Food, then click the link to Enter a Food Not Listed. You'll be able to put it in there and then save to favorites for future reference.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

I am new here and I was wondering if anyone knew if you could add food to the nutrition database? For instance, I'm eating Greek yogurt but not the kind they have in their database and I would like to add it to my daily tracker for accuracy, slighly higher in calories.
