Where did you get the measurement of 322 calories burned? If it was off the machine, that's probably an overestimate. The measurements on SP might not be 100% accurate, but they are generally much closer to reality than the machines.

If you're really concerned about being as accurate as possible, you can invest in a heart rate monitor. If you did get that reading off your heart rate monitor...then what the PP said.

Not using the standard entry for elliptical. Just delete it, and enter your own exercise.

I workout on an ARC trainer, similar to the elliptical, but when I enter 30 min it comes up with 260 and it was actually 322! does anyone know if there's a way to change the calories??? Thanks in advance!
