Find your my sparkpoints box and click on view sparkpoints. It will take you to a screen listing some 40 different actions that will gain you points, some more than others. I set goals for myself depending on my time to reach certain points to get new trophies. I am at level 5 with 1580 until level 6.

You can also get points for posting to groups or on the message boards. It's a great way to encourage members to get involved with the community.

Don't just go for points, go for knowledge , reading articles is a great way to get points , recipes, motivation, fitness etc .....will stay with you a life time.......good luck

I've been at it since June and it takes a while. I generally get 50-60 points a day.

Welcome aboard!

Place cursor on My Trackers, you'll see a drop down of selection, place your cursor on my Spark Points and click on it. Scroll down and you can see how are the different ways you can earn more points each day.

By the way, once you have reached 25 points each day, you are eligible to a bonus spin.

Hello, I am new to sparkpeople. About 3 weeks new and i would like to know how to get more points for next levels.I see some people have in the thousands.I wonder if they just been on here longer then me.
