I have a problem with binge eating when stressed or worried. I know a good solution would be to instead express those feelings through exercise, but I just don't and I just eat... and eat. I'm a college student, finals are coming up soon, and this month in general has been crazy with school so I've basically been on a month long binge, which is bad. Very bad. I need suggestions on how to handle this, prevent it in the future, and how to recover.
