Using the Fitbit keeps me on track throughout the day, so most days I reach my goal. The fit syncs your steps with Sparkpeople so you don't need to do anything but walk!

Yesterday I had 11578, which was just shy of 5 miles.

Thank you so much for the information, Tcanno:) When you input the steps does it add to your fitness minutes for the day?

On the fitness tracker theirs fitness set up.
In there is track my steps. Put in the number you want to track, I think 10000 is already in there.

At the end of the day go to your fitness tracker and input your steps.

Hi there! I actually have the same question as you :) I've been trying to figure it out but it's all in minutes, not steps

I use a pedometer for exercise and I am wondering how do I track it under my exercise for the day. Any idea how I record it? I have been averaging 1000-1285 steps the last couple of days
