are you eating enough quality, filling foods during the day? are you bored or stressed at night? are you keeping junk in your house?

This is my problem... I usually end up with a small range of calories at night, but I have a major problem with portion control... especially AT NIGHT! Does anyone have any tips on how to resist those nightly cravings?
