I use heart rate monitor. I think this would be the best method to find out how hard do you work. You can also use Sparks calculator. Just enter type of your workout and time.

I am trying to figure out how I can figure out how many calories I burn with a workout!! anyone know how I can find out? I know it depends on your weight but I don't know how to figure it out.
