yoga on a stability ball great stretch and great work out then a soak in a tub with hot water and epsom salt

I am 63, lost my soulmate husband six months ago to cancer, have had 3 spine surgeries and I am fused from T1 to sacrum. I try to exercise easy as my back can't take vigorous exercise. I did a recumbent bike for 10 minutes, walked for 10 minutes and I take aquatherapy for an hour. (I have been taking aquatherapy for a couple of months) Now my hip is killing me! It feels like the muscles are in a huge cramp and I can't get it to let go. I thought the aquatherapy would help release the muscles but it hasn't done a thing. I can't exercise because it hurts and I can hardly walk. Does someone have any suggestions?
