TY,I never gave weight a thought. I weigh 160 so that's probably it.
On the program itself Leslie says each mile burns on average 100 calories per mile, but there are variables. I never gave weight a thought as a variable.

Does the program tell you it only burns 100 calories per mile? I've never done it but I checked out a YouTube video and its definitely more intense than regular walking it seems like and when I put in 90 minutes of walking 2 miles per hour in my tracker I come up at 264 so I assume 500 might be a bit too high but I wouldn't be surprise if its between 300-400 depending on the intensity you're working at and the amount you weigh but if you fill like you aren't burning 500 don't be shy to just manually entering 300 if thats what you think you're burning.

If I may ask, how much do you weigh? 500 calories for 90 minutes isn't outside the realm of possibility if you are particularly heavy; the more we weigh the more we burn doing the same exercises than someone who is smaller.

TY for your help. I'm using the fitness tracker then search I typed walking and then chose Aerobics general, low impact including walk away the pounds.

What entry are you using to track this, specifically?

You can always enter your own calorie burn manually. Enter your own exercises, and remove the one you have been using, since it's overestimating your burn.

I do Leslie Sansone's Walk Away Your Waistline. I walk 3 miles. When I log this under fitness it is giving me credit for over 500 calories burned in 90 minutes. The program only burns 100 calories per mile. How do I correct this? It shows I'm burning to many calories for what I'm eating. I need to do at least 3 miles for it to be productive for me.
Thank you for any help.
