Go to your start page and set up your goals. Put in your height, current weight & goal for loss. On your fitness page, plug in your average calorie burn per week (if you know it). SP will then calculate a nutrition range for you.

Hi, I am wondering how to find out how to work out my calorie allowance, this is such a busy site, I am a bit confused, lots of good info, but it is cluttered, I have been using My fitness pal, so I will just have to get used to this site.
