Instead of the milk products, you can use alternatives. I don't have a menu plan - I do my own, but anything that you have in dairy/eggs, there is an alternative. Soy Milk, Soy Cheese, Soy Yoghurt, Soy Ice Cream - and there are the other alternatives to dairy as you will well know. It just means deleting the dairy product and replacing it with your own.
