Thank you for your assistance. Since I'm not on a regular exercise schedule yet, I didn't want to lock myself into a specific routine. However, I did go and make adjustments so the Cardio section appears and is available for the days I actually do cardio.
Thank you, Coach Jen. I had already viewed that tutorial. The problem is... my "Fitness" page doesn't have a Cardio section. It has a "QuickTrack Fitness Minutes" at the top; then the date tab; "Strength Training", then the section containing "Today's Exercise Notes" with the 5 buttons for mapping route, printing, etc.
My Fitness page doesn't look like the one in the tutorial. I assumed it was due to a recent change in the page and the tutorial just hadn't been updated yet.
