How do I add a recipe to the meal planner?

If you need to create the recipe, you can do so in the sparkrecipes recipe builder. From, you just go over to the tab that says "my recipes" and hover over it, and there is an option to add a recipe.

You can also get to the builder straight from the nutrition tracker. Just click on the tab that says "recipes" then "access the recipe builder". This is also where you go to add recipes you've already added to the builder.

Find the recipe you want to add to your meal planner.
Below the nutritional information is a link that says "Add This Recipe to Meal Planner."
Click on the link that will open a small calendar. Select the date to which you'd like to add the food.
Select the serving size, the meal you'd like to add it to, and check the box if you'd like to save to your favorites for future use.
Click on "Add Food to Today" and the recipe will now show up in your tracker.

How do I add a recipe to the meal planner? I want to add my own recipes or the ideas I find on this site to my meal planner instead of having to choose from the choices there.
