Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce the parts of your body you don't like. When you have excess fat, only time and overall fat loss can reduce those trouble zones. With excess skin, the best thing you can do is lose slowly, stay hydrated, and pray. Give it time; if you're young, it will snap back more easily than if you're older.

For many of us, unfortunately, surgery may be the only answer if the problem is severe enough (see SP superstar Indygirl!)

I've lost 50 #. Love it but the flabby arms and legs! What did you did you do to tighten the areas
so you did look better in sleeveless tops, etc.?
