Yep...you just keep doing what you've been doing. It's slower. For me, right at the ten pounds left mark, my progress became painfully slow.

Just push through it. You'll think you're going to go crazy, but just keep moving. You can do this.

I agree. You just keep at it. After all, if this is a healthy way of eating for life what difference does it make if you are 50 pounds from goal or 5 pounds? If one is just eating a certain way to hit a certain number as soon as the number is hit and the eating healthy stops the number will start going back up again. That was my biggest challenge. Not just saying I wasn't "on a diet" but really feeling it and learning to eat things I really enjoy prepared in healthy ways and in healthy proportions.

Those last pounds will come off the same way as the others....with good planning for your exercise and your eating.

I have so far lost approx 35 pounds... I have 14 pounds to go, according to sparkpeople. I am trying to up the exercise a bit, and my upper limit on my calorie range is about 1600 calories. I know I CAN lose weight, but am struggling psychologically, as everyone always says the last 14 pounds are the hardest... any tips?
