OK - Normally. I do circuit training on Mondays, but my back is feeling a bit "twingy", so I think I'll hold off today.

i was feeling like Its already morning !!!!!!!!
i feel like i just closed my eyes , but i take a cold shower so i am fresh now
Terrible. I have really bad insomnia and see 3 or even 4:30 every morning. I generally average 2-4 hours of interrupted sleep. I know it's causing problems with weight loss because my cortisol levels are greatly elevated.
