OK - Normally. I do circuit training on Mondays, but my back is feeling a bit "twingy", so I think I'll hold off today.

Terrible. I have really bad insomnia and see 3 or even 4:30 every morning. I generally average 2-4 hours of interrupted sleep. I know it's causing problems with weight loss because my cortisol levels are greatly elevated.

At 2am, I woke up wide-awake!! After an hour of tossing and turning, I got up and played on the computer. I did that until I could feel myself getting sleepy and went back to bed at 5am!!

Then I slept until almost 10:30 am and that was good....woke up happy that I had been able to get in a few hours all at once (for a change)
