Congratulations to everyone who lost or maintained as planned! It's really hard this time of the year to be successful at eating healthy and maintaining a work out schedule.
For those who weren't so successful it sounds like everyone is getting back on track! Which is what is really important. Not letting a small weight gain get us completely derailed. In the past if I had gained I would just give up. I'm really glad to hear all of the positive attitudes out there!

Lost! I'm actually surprised that I did as well as I did. I started exercising and trying to eat better in December and I almost didn't start because I thought it would be a lost cause I convinced myself that this has to be a lifestyle change and I'm going to have to learn how to handle the holidays. I did well and I'm so happy!
I kept up mostly with my exercise, but my eating was a little more than I would have liked as I spent a week and a half out of my normal environment. I'm showing a small bounce since right before Christmas, but I've maintained overall since Halloween which is really all I was trying to do as I'm very close to goal. I've already have lost a chunk of the bounce, so I suspect that a good part of it was due to eating more processed foods and more sodium than I'm used to.

I was on vacation unable to track and no say as to what I ate. I only gained 3 lbs and have lost it back already.

When I got back from my sister's family it looked as if I'd put on 3lb, but that soon came off again. I'm not attempting to lose at present as I plateaued for so long I thought my metabolism might need a boost - but I'm still trying to be a bit sensible!! I'm starting back in seriously after my Israel holiday at the end of January.
During the holidays I lost 4 pounds since I ate smaller portions and eliminated a lot of processed foods and ate very little sweets and high calorie food. I also did a lot of activity and cardio videos along with my strength training so that helped me considerably~

Maintained....well, lost a tiny bit, but I am back at the same old set-point.

I might have gained a pound or 2...still letting my body recover a bit from the drinking holiday that was NYE. My big goal was not to go back over 160 and I think that's accomplished!

My goal for the holidays was to maintain my weight, eat healthy while still enjoying some treats and to keep up with my exercise.
I'm quite happy to say that I actually managed to do this! Whoopie!!!!!!! I think this is the first year that I was able to enjoy without overindulging, without gaining weight and without hating myself the next day.
