Have you changed your mindset somehow ? When I lost the weight the first time i felt like a fake, a fat person in a thinner body, but i was still proud to have lost weight. I kept the weight off 3 years and then it crept back on because my mind was not changed. I am still the same person or inner child inside. I was wondering if the people who go through gastric bypass programs get some kind of exercises or program that helps with this. I, like many here have read a thousand diet books but this is never mentioned. Fake it til you make it worked to get the weight off but it did not maintain it. Any insight would be appreciated.
