I also don't consider it rule breaking. I'm working hard at making a healthy diet second nature to me, but that doesn't include having forbidden foods. And by "diet" I mean what I eat on a regular basis, not eating to lose weight.
That being said, my weakness has always been salty crunchy junk food (potato chips, cheesy crackers, cheese popcorn, etc). I would eat them in large quantities, then physically feel like total crap afterwards. Since those foods have zero nutritional value, I've chosen to eliminate them altogether to avoid a binge. Hence, my ticker.

I don't consider it "rule breaking". I did have challah bread. I generally try and limit bread. Lots of exercise today so it won't hurt me. I go for overall calorie balance. If I know something big is coming up (traveling to family, bday party); I will up my exercise for the week and eat at the lower end of my calorie range so that overall, the week averages out.
