personally i dont drink coffee and never have. Caffeine is a drug, but like most it does have some benefits. Not for me I have atrial fibrillation so i have zero caffeine. Decaf tea is about all i can get away with... i would say if you can keep it to 1-2 8 oz cups a day (not the large mugs....or the grandes at the coffee shops) you should be fine. Might want to run it by your doc.

on the good side it boost energy in moderation and reduces inflamation of arthritis and can combate headaches, on the bad side it stimulates cortisol production

I do try to have 2 cups a day, and at the moment it's about 4/5, can anyone tell me how bad a cup fo coffee is?
