I went for a run/walk (3.06mi 40min) and my tshirt felt loose! It was motivating to keep going and doing what I'm doing--it's working!

I got up this morning at 4am went to the gym at 5am worked out for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Came home completed my workout with crunches 120. I'm feeling great. The results that I'm seeing are keeping me motivated. What about you?
