I feel great because my clothes are a lot baggier on me today. But, I do take my scale for it's number and I am feeling a little confused and upset about the number. I have gained one lb. in 4 days. But I stayed between 1200 and 1400 calories each day and I even began strength training with my cardio every other day. I feel stronger, but I would like to see the number go down. Maybe I should just toss my scale in the garbage. Anyone else out there throw away their scales? Who's with me?
