I think it's kind of a personal preference, also depending on how much you utilize Spark teams. Also, what one person thinks is heavy participation might not be the same for another.
Personally, I'm on 6 teams. My activity on those teams varies, although there's one team, a gratitude team, that I participate in daily. Two of my teams are based on books - The Spark and The Spark Solution. I probably need to resign from The Spark at this point.
My best suggestion is to pick a few that are truly meaningful to you, for whatever reason and focus on getting to know those folks better. If you get to learn a team and its regular members, and you're active, you can get some GREAT support.
Hi all, So how did you choose your Sparkteam(s)? Do you have a limit? Do you have a favorite? I have to limit myself to 5 teams or it's harder for me to participate with them. My favorite is definitely "JWs On the Narrow Path" because we have the same lifestyle and goals. I no longer need to lose 100lbs (yay!), so I'll probably leave "30 Somethings w/ 100+ Lbs to Lose." Any suggestions?
