I don't really pay attention. When I first joined in 2006, it was a motivator, but I think now I'm here more to lose weight, gain muscle, and offer my support. :)

It truly depends for me. Some days I'm focused more on spending time with my friends and loved ones, studying, etc. I'm averaging ~100/day this month, but I also did a 7 day free trial of SparkCoach, which gives you 25 extra points a day. Without that, I'm averaging 92/day.

I'm a bit of a SparkPoints freak. I almost always read all the articles I can for the day. I do everything in my power to get more when I am relaxing, waiting on dinner to cook, or taking a break from studing.

When I first found SparkPeople I only tracked my food and calories and exercise. In the beginning I only got maybe 20 points each day. The first time I got the "BonusSpin" I didn't even know what it meant. Now I am a little obsessed and try to rack up 100 points daily, but I want them to be meaningful. How about you?
