I wouldn't worry about those; but I know that when I run and I warm up and cool down with walking that I track those minutes separately from my running so I don't throw off my average mph time. Just count it as starting your routine the healthy way; warmed up and ready to go!

It's going to be a very small amount compared to the workout itself, so I would just consider those to be "bonus" calories and wouldn't worry about tracking them.

Hope that helps,

How many calories are burned during the warm ups and cool downs? I've been working on the 28 day boot camp and it only calculates for the the "core" part of these work outs. Any ideas how to find this information?

Thanks :)

Just for today.
