Funny but since I have been eating a balanced diet I don't have too many cravings. For chocolate cravings I like the Fibre One brownies and for savory Babe Belle cheese or one Tbsp peanut butter. They all work out in my food plan. I get plenty of water though.

What works for me is to take a nice big drink of water! Sometimes works to delay hunger too!
