I track all of the food I eat on SparkPeople so I check out how many calories I have left to eat. If the temptation is within the range, I just may do it.
I don't eat fast food a lot, maybe once every 2 months, but sometimes I get overwhelming urges
to go to Taco Bell or Burger King or McDonald's or Wendy's. When I do I look up the Nutritional Information for their food. I usually end up at Subway, eating a healthy 6-inch sub. LOL!
