OK, it's starting to get a bit cold out there the past few days, and all of us Canucks know what is coming. Nope, not Halloween although that's coming too. I'm referring to our lovely northern WINTER once again.
What ideas do you have for getting the exercise we need? Is there anything that you can share with the group about inside cold weather exercise?
Many of us are housebound in winter and don't have access to long walks outside or a gym that is in our areas, so thought there may be some bright ideas out there.
