Teams come and go. I now lead too many teams. I would only consider that an egregious problem if I wanted to be admitted to the Community Team again.

I wish there were an exlpanation (technologically speaking, of course) as to how to leave the team challenges up after having LEFT the team, while I am still a team member I am too tempted to post.

Thank you! Like many other people have said, I stretched myself too thin, I could not remember how to leave a team. So, thank you. It made my SparkTeams a little more manageable. I did leave my challenges so that I can go back to them when I am ready to do them again. :)

I'd left a team where I had even been the leader .. now I've the opposite problem... I would love to leave a team but not let them know ... there's such a thing as "vibes" beyond making myself "inactive" ... if I stay, I'm still too tempted to post!

I decided that I had spread myself too thin, and when I met with the nutritionalist today at the VA clinic, she and I formed an eating plan which will minimize white carbs (incl. white sugar) and decided I needed to eat more (that's true) and exercise like I've committed to. The Pre-diabetes group for 8 weeks just was too much at this time. We'll see what happens in two months.

So, thanks for the information about leaving a team. And thanks for asking the question.

I am a member of way too many spark teams! How do I leave some?
