I'm Kandice and I'm new here. I was wondering how I would classify my workout that I do using a Jillian Michael's FitKick dvd. It's a high intensity 20 minute interval workout. I am worn out by the end of it. I just don't know how to track that on my fitness tracker. Any advice?
