It makes sense to log it as low-impact and perhaps only track 30 minutes, since I'm not going fast by any means.

That is tough. You may want to use the low impact aerobic option, but remember SparkPeople uses an active daily living multiplier for any type of activity outside formal exercise, so you want to be careful that you do not hyper-inflate your calories burn figure which could slow your progress over time.
I sprained my ankle badly and ripped tendons and ligaments. I have a roller-aid scooter (you put the bad leg on it and scoot it with the good leg). I have a HUGE campus to travel each day with it as well as home, errands, etc. Any suggestions on how to track this?
