This might sound weird...lol. But I heated up unsweetened almond milk and then steeped my tea in it. It was a fruity sleep tea. I also added a pack of stevia. I,love sweet stuff haha. But it was actually pretty good! I slept soooo good that night! Haha
2tbs organic apple cider vinegar, squeeze lemon, cinnamon and a sprinkle of cayenne dilute with 1c (or more) hot to boiling water stir and drink...add honey...sounds strange but tastes like apple cider and is an excellent health drink in the cold months

How about a sort of pumpkin spiced latte? I use soy and almond milk. Add in about a tbs of pumpkin puree, some pumpkin spice, milk of you choice and chai tea, a packet of splenda or sweetener of your choice. Whip together in pot while heating up.
I don't have exact measurements, I just wing it. It's like x-mas in a mug.

squeeze half a lemon into your cup, fill with water and WARM in the microwave. even though its warm, its refreshing..
I am looking for some new hot drinks that are tasty but won't break the calorie bank. I don't really care for coffee and usually drink hot flavored teas or chai, I'm looking for something different, and maybe something with a little more body than just plain tea. Hot chocolate doesn't appeal to me as much anymore because I've had it so many times. I would likely treat this drink as a snack, but don't want to go crazy. Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you!
