Found a reference for it.

Sounds like the girl is taking it in stride, good for her.

Pre-teen girls can be the worst bullies possible.

Are you sure this story is true?

I mean... what kids have Raggedy Anne dolls these days? Aren't those from 50 years ago?

Not saying this couldn't have happened but it sound suspicious and like it came from a web chain letter. Did you get this story via email of FB?

I am a firm believer in the old adage "It takes a village to raise a child" and whenever I see a child misbehaving ie. bullying, fighting etc., I do not hesitate to step in even though it is not my child. This is the way I was raised and won't be changing anytime soon even though I get a lot of flack for disciplining other people's kids on the school ground at school.

Your right and I'm sure these adult bullies are the ones that have the children that are bullies to and thats why they can't see it.
My husband works with such adults they are a nightmare to him because my husband is hairy, they call him a monkey and even had someone dress up as a gorilla at break , it made me cry because he's such a wonderful man.
One of the things that attracted me to my husband is he's hairy, I'm glad he met me because I love him for him. The others wanted him to shave but I accept him and his beautiful heart just the way he is!

My son was also a victim. I was his only friend for a long time. It's heartbreaking.

He grew into his own and is a very confident, self aware individual (successful) - I work in an atmosphere filled with adult bullies. The bullies are always the lazy, incompetent, jealous same brutes that bully to hide their own shortcomings. It's a disease that is tolerated in this country. I even hear other "adults" say, as long as it's not me I'll turn a blind eye. Shameful.

Stand up for what is right.

I know what it's like to have a child who is bullied and told why don't he kill himself and make everyone happy that he was never wanted, so this story hit home that I saw yesterday on the news.
This 11 yr old girl who has been bullied at school had her raggedy anne doll taken from her house and it was left back at the house with the throat slit and it told the girl to kill herself or the person that wrote it would kill her.
This was such a beautiful little angel just like my son and these kids are being tortured at school the schools need to do something and parents need to take notice to what the heck these kids are doing at school.
If someone tells you your child is a bully then you need to take action because these kids that are bullied are being broken by their peers and it's just not right.
Harsher penalties need to be taken against the bully and they need to stop blaming the kids that are being bullied.
It made me sick to my stomach to see that story on the news I really hope they find out who did that to that poor child and the person be severely punished for causing this girl so much anguish , correction not just her , her whole family is going through this , because when you love your child so much it hurts you too and the system seems to be all for the bullies.
