Hello everyone,
Most of you know the feeling of your weight going up, going down, plateauing....all in a lifetime cycle. Hopefully this will be my last "up" and all "downs" from here. I have plateaued for the past while, but am now back in the gym and going to relearn the word "no". I have decided that when I really want to say yes but should say no, I am going to create a post. Hopefully this will help me get through the rough patches. Feel free to reply to my posts......you will know I am in need of an emotional fix and a nudge.

The good news.......ran a 1/2 marathon last December.......want to get back to the body weight where I can do it again..............
