Thank you for responding. I can't believe I did that. But I do it occasionaly. Or over the holidays, it was candy. I eat a good portion of the box. Did I mention I just got dumped by a 'boyfriend"? That hasn't helped. emoticon

What is "creating a ticker"?

You will find yourself slipping more than once on this journey but the key is to keep going. Maybe next time have the one bowl of ice cream but before you reach for the second wait it out or eat some fruit

The Newfoundland Standard Time (NST) zone, UTC-3:30, is a unique time zone that exists because of the island´┐Żs location and the fact that it was a separate dominion when the time zones were of the Atlantic Standard Time (AST) zone.

I seem to crack sometimes - just keep going. We all have "fat days" or days where we can't keep control - none of us are perfect. Just keep going and you'll get there in the end.

I joined 2 days ago. Did great for 2 days. Yesterday kept the diet until 10 pm and ate 2 dishes of ice cream! I can't seem to stop the sweets craving and snacking at night. I've had tea for the lasts 2 nights which kept me satisfied. Are any of you undisciplined? I really want to do this. Help!
