The scale IS NOT your friend. The tape measurer is. The first week I was back in the habit of exercising, I GAINED 9 pounds. I lost that 9 pounds plus an extra 2.5 by the end of last month by not giving up. Keep your chin...and your activity...up. WE CAN DO THIS!
