It is NOT too late. I am 56 and had arthritis in my knees so bad that I could hardly walk and was anticipating surgery. I started using a stationary bike to strengthen the auxiliary muscles to make recovery faster and easier. Now, 124# lighter, I no longer need surgery. You can do it, too. Let me know if I can help in any way.

Hi I'm stephanie. I've been married for 6 years. I have four little boys and i'm about 222 lbs. Give or take. Thankfully I'm a little tall 5'8 so I carry it okay. I'm 26 but I feel forty. My hips hurt from carrying weight and from having babies. My joints and stuff are starting to ache. Thats no good at not even in my thirties you know. I'm not totally sure why I'm this heavy i don't eat fast food, I don't eat red meat except hamburger. I only eat meat without skin without bones, although I do like pasta and bread (thats probably it right there. XD) I only eat sweet things once or twice a month or i'll spread one candy bar out for the whole month. I don't drink pop or coffee. I do like tea and water. I love fruit and raw veggies. Maybe its my portions that I don't have right or something. Any ways I think its about time I get this ol body in right shape before i get diabetes and high cholesterol. XD
