Honey mustard roasted chicken, a SparkRecipe makeover. I made this and it got the boyfriend seal of approval!

Tips to making it better:

Lots of people said it needed a bit more seasoning
Sub a tiny bit of dijon/spicy mustard to give it a little kick
Add 15 min onto the cook time to cook the veggies themselves a little more (my potatoes and carrots were undercooked)
A quartered onion tasted REALLY good in there!
Lots of people encourage increasing the sauce, I doubled mine

This one's really, really good. Admittedly I've never made it as described (baked in the sauce) but it was excellent marinated overnight and then basted in the excess sauce over the open grill. I also use half dijon/half spicy brown mustard (not plain yellow, as I dislike it), cut the paprika a bit and added a squirt of lemon juice.

I'm looking for a honey mustard recipe to make to either marinade my chicken with or to dip my chicken in. Does anyone have any good ones?
