I've been experimenting with my own. Recently I made a blonde bar, it's pretty good, low carb, high protein. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta

You can add nuts, seeds, raisons etc.

I've been making homemade protein bars for myself and my sons. They love them, so do I. I have one almost every day

A friend of mine on Facebook posted this YouTube video. 18.5 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber! I'll have to try them!
