Thank you very much,I do put my soup and stews into quart size Ziploc bags,so now I think I know what to do.

We use the recipe calculator to add up the calories and then figure out the servings.

You add up the calories then divide by the number of servings.

How do you put a nutritional value on homemade soups such as chicken veg.w/rice,or chunky veg.chili con carney.Don't forget the chicken and dumplings
