we always make our own you can substitue the flour for ground bean flour. as for rolling them out we have the pampered chef's mini rolling pin ( a gift from his mom) that works PERFECTLY without any flour. the bigger rolling pins create a huge mess :D good luck

well I'm not sure about the bean flower but i have made them with cornmeal. I'm looking for a respire for them also so that i can make them an. i had a Mexican woman teach me to make them but i had a problem with rolling them out cause i would use flour on the board to help my roll them and she said that i didn't need to do that. but her kids loved them.

i have been trying my best to do what I'm supposed to do to lose the weight and have a nicer body.

I'm looking to make my own tortillas, and would like to NOT use white or whole wheat flour. I'm thinking bean flour. Anyone got a recipe for me?
